Bill Gagnier is an experienced Business Operations and Program Management professional with verifiable profit and loss successes working with small to large size organizations in support of both domestic and international operations. My background and experience spans multiple industries, including automotive, automotive software / controls, plastics, ceramics, food processing, engineering services, marine and specialty vehicle development and production.

My forte has been performing damage control (fixing businesses). I have taken on programs that are seemingly impossible and determined how to successfully complete them. I have developed a process over the years focusing on the critical path and delivering. I also have a successful track record of establishing business systems, efficiencies, compliance policies, procedures and staffing to help the business run more effectively and ensure operational scalability.
